Very interesting chapter. If I hadn't read all of this story as of date, I would be wondering why Harry isn't in school right now. I am very interested in how we get to this point later in this story. I would hope that it comes soon.
Otherwise the action is great and the fact that Harry is doing the impossible is just what I like in HP fanfiction. Not that he has super powers, just that he is showing his talent that nobody know about once again.

I have almost caught the chapter back to the events of chapter 1.    I am within striking distance.   I think you will appreciate his growth and development in the story.~Jim

I wonder why they didn't use Dragon's Breath shotgun round (the effect similar to small flamethrower) against Inferi?

JBern replied:

Oops!   I covered this in my last response.~Jim

Most interesting style you've chosen. I'm not much of a fan of Harry-leaves-Hogwarts-early, but this is fascinating.

Gripping start!

Glad you enjoyed it.   Just trying to catch up on my reviews.~Jim

Excellent opening chapter! The plot premise and delivery are both quite gripping and very creative. One of the best opening chapters I've read.

Thank you very much!   With the opening chapter, I attempted to create both excitement and confusion.   Most tell me that I have succeeded.   I look forward to more of your reviews.~Jim

Amazing; the second person point of view is really unique, but is very catching; I can't wait to hear more about this spell chaining: it sounds really interesting. Would it be possible for you to go into more depth about spell theory and how they relate to languages? I really like the idea of the same or nearly the same curse in different languages, but would the wand movements be the same? Would it be possible to mix and match the words and wand movements if the latter is different since they all have the same results? Keep up the excellent magical theory ideas. Great job!

Thank you.   I have finished uploading all the current chapters to the site and should have chapter 14 done by next weekend.   I really haven't gotten into spell theory as much as I have gone into runes, warding and animagery.   I'll probably touch on it in the spells in different languages in the next couple of chapters as I have almost finally caught up to chapter 1.~Jim
