Hmmm, I'm very surprised that you killed Bill, (pun not intended) and disappointed as well. Now there are no curse breakers left besides the woefully green Harry. Insignificant maggot, woah, this guy is definitely one of Riddle's crew, talks just like him. Hmm, any holy water in hell? I suppose not, land of the undead and all that it is. Interesting choice for the statue, funny it's on Harry's side.

NOT BILL!!! Damn. What is it with you and killing off the Weasleys?
Well, another fine chapter.
I guess we get to see how Harry fares against Voldie-light. This should be good!
Editorial Notes:
"we wouldn’t be having this conversation would be."
- would we?

You know it is sad that there are not more stories where Harry is friends with one of the older Weasley's instead...

Yes, it's the great catch up on all my replies night at my house. You'll obviously be getting at least one more from me. Thanks~Jim

Bloody hell! what a crappy place to put a cliff hanger!
What ever happened everyone lived happily ever after?
Good job so far, I can't wait for the rest.
JBern replied:
Happily ever after is overrated. Glad you enjoyed the story.~Jim

Bill is the alive Thundercloud, and the real Thundercloud is dead. Calling it now. Reason? Bill can't die. And we both know I'm right (well, of course YOU do), look at how I foretold Collins going next! btw, sad about that. I liked the sadistic bastard. :( I can't really see him being able to break out of this possession.
Hah, Statue of Hernando De Soto is definitely an interesting touch.

Wow!! What a chapter. I hate being sick but coming back from being ill to find two updates to Bungle is one hell of a treat!
De Soto is an interesting character and having Collins possessed is superb. I like how he is able to discover the secret to the fidelius and that he won't be able to tell anyone it.
Such a great story!

JBern replied:
Sad how learning a secret can be utterly useless. Sorry you were ill. Glad to hear you are better. Rebel Goddess said I needed to thank you for convincing her to read the story, so thanks.~Jim

Bill dead? Say it ain't so.Does Harry get to "comfort" Fleur?
Do we find out if the goblins were really going to double cross them?
JBern replied:
Well now you don't have to wait to find out the answer. Chapter 21 is up.~Jim

Quite good, pity Bill's dead... I like the way you made his character. Keep up the good work!
JBern replied:
Thanks! Chapter 21 will be up over the weekend. I think you'll like it.~Jim

Is it possible to reset the system so I recieve author responses (assuming the author wishes to respond)?
Thanks

Hopefully, you've spoken with Jeconais. It's his site, so I really can't answer that.~Jim

Damn dude, you weren't kidding when you said this would be a harsh ride in a bit a few chapters ago. I'm totally bummed out. Even with the awesome stuff with the statue of de soto and stuff. Now all I can do is hold out hope harry makes it out and gets to "Comfort" Fleur.... Anyways man, keep up the awesome writing!
JBern replied:
Well, would you want it any other way? Glad you liked De Soto. I've altered my update schedule to do chapter 21 of this one immediately. It's not really fair for me to leave all you readers twisting in the wind on this one. I should have it ready by the end of the week. Glad you enjoy it so much. Thanks for the review.~Jim

I think Harry's letter to Dumbledore was well justified. Bernini making the statue means it must have been exceptionally beautiful once. Hernando is great fun. Please please please tell me that it isn't true! Horrible mean place to end it, cruel evil author! More please. Fantastic chapter. I just can't believe you stopped it there!
JBern replied:
Glad you liked it. I went through and googled famous sculpters of the 1600s and came up with Bernini. I'm no art critic, but his stuff is very good. I altered my schedule to leap right in to chapter 21 instead of going to my other two stories. I realized I shouldn't leave ya'all hanging like that. Chapter 21 should be done by the weekend.~Jim

Oh my! I second Harry in yelling, "Not Bill! Not Bill!" This is a very well done and fascinating chapter. I like the fact that you used a talking statue instead of a talking portrait. It's a wonderful idea and a fun one too.
I can't wait for the next chapter.

That one is going to be very hard to explain to Fleur. We just seem to be getting deeper and deeper into the excrement. Is there a light at the end of the tunnel or is this "The Perfect Storm," wizard style?

On a side note, I was in the US Navy onboard the USS Virginia CGN-38 and was actually out in the real "Perfect Storm" headed for Halifax Nova Scotia. We turned around, but not before encountering some of the nastiest sea state, I ever experienced.

You killed Bill? What a sadistic thing to do! How could you do that! Descriptive words can not express even a little of the evil you are!
