Hilarious ending, Jim... great work, the end was very funny. Keep up your great work, good luck with the sales of your books.

Some of your one liners are pure brilliance transfigured into words.
The one where Dobby where bludgeoned himself and the whole thing with staff meeting between Lockhart and Sinestra were just legendary.
I'm surprised I'm saying it, but I think you're sense of humor is just so great you should work it into all of your stories - your other work is great, but very serious in many ways. It might be even better with more humor in it. But that's just my HO.

Excellent, just the right amount of humour, you need more winding up of Hermione though.

Something about chickens made Harry think. "Luna, have you ever eaten at a Chinese restaurant?"
LOL! Loved the interaction with the ghosts and Dobby throwing himself in front of the bludger! My hero! Unfortunately, he didn't end up freed, but maybe he'll be back to try to "save" Harry some more in later years?
Great story. BTW, 1960, when Pettigrew was born, was also a Year of the Rat. (of course, James and Lily were also probably born that year, but we can overlook that, right?)
Thanks for a great story.

The whole riding on a chicken made me think of Chocobo riding. (From the Final Fantasy series, iffn'yedin'kno'.)

Well, that got rid of two of the major irritations in Harry's life. Good job, JBern. I was delighted with this update. This Harry is nothing but fun to read...

*snort* This is me bowing my head through the floor. You truly deserve your place in the fanfic pantheon. Your divination is beautiful, and the oddball Harry is a wondrous read. Thanks..

First off, absolutely awesome here, from Dobby and his becoming an accidental hero, to Harry and Colonel Sanders ( wonder if he goes on to work with the Spaceballs), and could almost hear the glass shatter as Ginny's dream fantasy about the OMG BWL just crashed and burned, which may be healthier for her in the long run. Too bad that Hermione seems to be as stiff-necked as canon, given what she's seen of Harry and his ability, but can just picture what might happen some day with he and Luna if they get into a competition for something or other. Great work! PS, Hope you had a fun time in the Queen City.

I forsee an ongoing friendship with Luna in this one - they are clearly birds of a feather...

Thanks, that was fun! Colonel Sanders for the win! Poor Ginny, what will the future bring for her, now that her illusions about Harry are shattered?
Still - after reading even the third time - I'm laughing, thanks.

Yes, please, Ginny, stick to 'normal' boys!
LOL at Col Sanders. Can't wait until year 3

A... giant... chicken...
There is something very wrong with you. It's genius, don't get me wrong, but very, very wrong.
Can't wait to see how mad the rest of this story gets.
