Bumbles will never let his buttboy be punished, so the "exposure" to Snape is meaningless.

Since Amelia is gone, the Ministry is simply a cesspool and of no consequence to any Death Eater, including Snivellus.

Thus, it just doesn't matter and I still have no idea why Harry is trying to win a contest of lying and cheating without being a real Marauder and joining in the cheating and rule breaking.

I guess I just don't see any use for "bread-and-circus," paritucularly if I am the circus.

I haven't actually read the full chapter, and realy should probably check other reviews to see if they made this correction, but it kinda bugged me. Je m'appelle ____ = "My name is ___"
Je suis ______ = "I am ______"

That was awesome! A very unique approach to the puzzle. Well done!

Love the "to bolster my confidence with cheap memories of large mammary glands", its cheap and dirty but is quite a chuckle.

Your disgusting, him shitting himself! Yuck, but funny too.

Love the method of Harry's victory. My only criticism is can't you let the poor boy have a break? Just have one "no strings attached" victory where other things don't go wrong for him.

Other than that I love this story and can't wait for more. Congratulations on your newborn daughter if I have omitted to say so previously; will you read these as bedside stories to her? LOL!

Thanks for writing.
Monkey

Occasionally, there are no strings attached.   Most times, not.   Where would the fun be in that?~Jim

Well, that was quite clever. I like all the champions' solutions. I was wondering what you'd do with the staff competition.
Congrats on your new baby, and your professional writing!

Thanks again for sharing your story with us!

Your story is truely awsome. So many stories either have poor plot lines or poor writing. Yours is great on both accounts. I can't wait to see how the story continues and eventually ends.

JBern replied:

Thanks.   Hope you enjoy the now posted chapter 16.~Jim

Hi JBern, Because of the number of chapters posted before I got around to reading this story I did not bother to review them each as I read them. Just let me say that as with all your stories I truly enjoy your style and imagination. Your view of Harry is truly unique and I do enjoy reading it. I am extremely eager for you next posting. CArol

Very good chapter. The Mr. Pronghorn bits are more amusing with each new violation of Fleur's privacy. Great cliffie, I'm anticipating seeing what happens and that's all you can ask for. Congrats on the writing sale.

First off, congratulations on the kid.

Second, so good to see this continued and that Harry retains his ability to think around Fleur. The staff fight with Harry and Oliver was fun, especially as Harry wasn't brilliant at it instantly (one of those fanfic things that can really annoy me).

Fleur's relative hotness was hilarious. I imagine it's a small variation between "inferno" and "scorching".

Poor Neville. Always good to see the return of the Bloody Baron. The scenes on the boat were good fun too. It's nice to know that HJ is so utterly prepared to make the traitors suffer.

LOL at the Hat, who is still my favourite character, for his three fingered salute and his "fear me now bitches!".

The Golem was terrific fun. I hadn't expected Harry to win it quite like that. However, the end was killer. I love the way he is under veritaserum. Excellent chapter. More please.

I'm guessing you'll like 16 more than Monkey.   It has more of a "chick flick" feel to it.   Thanks for all the reviews.   There's an original one shot up today from me.   Check it out when you get a chance.~Jim

Awesome chapter! Thanks for the update :) I loved HJ's Golem and his solution of blowing everything up seems perfect for him. I can't wait for more of the hats sarcasm
