NO. Just NO. Voldemort CANNOT cast a Patronus. Go read up on them. He would literally kill himself just trying it by the very nature of the spell. Fuck some bullshit ass AU excuse. I'm fine with making up how a spell might work or how you could use a spell differently but fundementally changing the very nature of a spell to such a degree is just unacceptable.

Because people are more comfortable writing about a 16 year old having any sort of sexual interactions than a 14 year old.

A phenoix is an incredibly smart being. While I won't deny that Fawks wouldn't come to Dumbledore's defense, even against Harry, I feel certain that he would understand that Harry wouldn't actually hurt him unless truely provoked.

I think your realism is broken here. Moody would never assault Voldemort with 3 people and 2 elves. Guerilla tactics, sure. Direct assault, no.

You have a very disturbed take on "realism".

I really can't see Hermione going along with this. Like at all. Her constant harp about the wizarding world is its archiac practices. And even then I can't see her NOT telling Harry about it. You said you wanted realisic, Hermione being very vocal about Harry being forced to marry against his will sounds pretty fucking realistic to me. What doesn't sound realistic is Hermione and Ron being a couple, or at least a very good one. Their relationship, realistically, would be a domestic violence case waiting to happen.

So his house turns into a boarding house.. I would NOT be sharing my room with anyone. Fuck that. That and the Molly acting like his mother. I really hope Harry deals with her overbearing nature properly in this story.

Ginny just can't help herself, she keeps digging and digging. I have a feeling that soon Harry will start to regret not leaving her at the Chamber of Secrets. And considering that Hermione researched Heir Compulsion for her, and one of the Twins gave her love potion, Harry is going to trust them less and less. He'll end up with only Susan as a confidante, and that's not healthly.

Glad to see Dumbledore finally started to suspect Snape. I hope he is going to realize his supposed spy is playing him like a fiddle before he get killed like in canon HBP.

I enjoyed the scene at Wizengamot. Somewhere above James and Sirius are laughing at the prank well done.

McNair didn't see it coming, but looks like Peter found a backbone thanks to all these self-motivation books. Looks like there are going to be some changes in the Inner Circle, and not just because Bella died.

I like your version of Rufus Scrimgeour. He is rarely pictured as a competent Minister, usually he is a tough-looking version of Fudge. Yours is oblivous more practical and pragmatical, which is good.

"Ding Dong! The Wicked Witch is dead."

Reminds me of another story, when Harry actually dropped a house on Voldemort's head.

I'm impressed that Harry was able to use Unforgivables (he couldn't in DOM), and managed to recruit Coedus.

P.S. Who knew Umbridge can be useful for something?

So the Azkaban had fallen and the Order lost half of its competent fighters. All because Dumbledore's habit of hoarding the knowledge. No doubt Harry will see it as another of Old Man' failures.

As for Coedus, just like Aurors he is trying to bite more than he can chow.

I liked your 'teaching Patronus' scene. Nice way to drive the point home that Ginny missed her chance.

I wonder if Harry's verbal arrow about cowardice will drive him and his former friends further apart.

Moody is trying to 'get a drop' on Voldemort? Oblivously, Dumbledore neglected to tell him the Prophecy, or the paranoid Auror simply doesn't believe in Divination.

I don't know what is more interesting - your twisted version of Peter (which actually makes more sense for a former Maradeur than a sniveling coward we saw in the books), or your take on Saint Lily (which makes me feel almost sympathetic for Dursleys. Keyword 'almost').

I liked your version of Narcissa.

It's really sad when Harry learns that his supposed friends are once again conspiring behind his back and making decisions for him 'for your own good, of course'. Shouldn't they learn anything after OotP how much he hates it?

I don't think he is going to forgive Remus for siding with Dumbledore.

Dumbledore really isn't doing himself favors. Instead of trying to comfort Harry, he is reprimanding him. While running to fight the Dark Lord without backup isn't smartest of choices, I don't see Dumbledore offering any alternatives.

Poor, dear Severus: it couldn't have happened to a nicer guy!

Always liked Neville - felt a kindred nature with him as a boy and respected the man he grew into. Go Neville!!

That's gotta be one of the worst ways to die - eaten alive. *shudders* if you like that kind of thing, I'd recommend the Demonata series by Darren Shan. The ending of Bec was both chilling and well described. I like your approach to it as well.

Wow Neville's a badass! I'm not sure if I like him so harsh or not. It seems like he wouldve given a warning first, but then again, he has been training with a cynical vampire. Anyway, I loved the chicken dance. Good job!
