Glad to see Bill wasn't as dead as previously believed, sad about Thundercloud though. Any chance of hearing from our favorite blonde anytime soon?

Hmm.   Haven't done a Heartbreak Ridge reference yet.   Though actually the Daemon might be Highway on the ridge and the attacking Phoenix Expeditions and their Inferi horde might be the VC.

I'm still just having a good laugh at the fact I have the heroes leading a zombie army.   Seriously twisted...~Jim

ps.   The story ends in 3 chapters.   I guarantee Luna sometime before then.

I can't wait for the battle with the demon. You're setting it up to be a truely epic battle and I can't wait for the outcome.
Poor Harry, I thought that Luna would write back. Even if it was to yell at Harry. Hopefully there will be some closure on that before the end of the story.

I figure you'd prefer a review here than on ficwad, after leaving a + rating there. I'm glad Bill is alive. A Daemon, huh? Wow. And Dumbledore doesn't quite get it, does he? Still, he might have an adequate bit of advice to offer on fighting a Daemon. If so, he will no doubt think that squares all problems. This Harry, no doubt, would thank him by using just one pointed stick instead of two to stick where the sun don't shine

Yay for the slimy Dumbledore. I DO hope that Harry doesnt return to England. It's already been proven that Dumbles cant be trusted, the Weasleys (sans Bill and possibly Charlie) cant be trusted and really.... Noone except Bill (an possibly Charlie) can be trusted, if they are from England.
Lets har it for Harry fleeing to Australia, spending a few weeks relaxing on Bondi Beach in Sydney with 1001 other English tourists before heading Bush where there are dozens of varieties of HIGHLY venemous snakes that make the King Cobra look like a garter snake in terms of power of their venom and their agressiveness (check the Tiger Snake, King Brown and Taipan)Possibly learn some Aborigional magic an dance the Dream Dance.

Like the idea about Australia.   It was actually the original setting for the story, but I moved it to South America instead.   Sadly, I won't be able to use it.   Harry needs to go back to England, a few more Horcruxes to find and a Dark Lord to kill.   The snakes you mention all sound rather fierce, but Harry still wants to get his hands on a Bushmaster.~Jim

Do you plan in leaving any of the characters lives throughout the story? Because you seem to have taked a liking in killing them, two only in this chapter.

Well, you didn't kill Bill, but you have killed Collins and Thundercloud, that it's no better from my point of view. I particularly like the ancient Amercian indian and you killed him!!!

You have created very interesting collection of characters and when your readers start to be attached to them, you simply start killing them.

Well, despite the deaths, another great chapter. I'm really looking forward the next, and the fight with the demon.

Well curse breaking is dangerous business.   There's a reason no ones been able to break this city beforehand.   Technically, only one died this chapter.   T-Cloud died last chapter.   See doesn't that make it all better now... :)

Damn dude, you weren't kidding when you said this would be a harsh ride in a bit a few chapters ago. I'm totally bummed out. Even with the awesome stuff with the statue of de soto and stuff.
